We’re celebrating World Water Day AND Harmony Week this year by opening our West Warrnambool Water Tower to the community.
Climb up 154 steps to experience 360 degree views across Warrnambool and even as far as Port Fairy on a clear day.
Learn more about the history of the water tower, the important role it has in providing water to our homes and the significance of the mural artwork to Warrnambool's diverse multicultural community.
Sessions will take place in 15-minute blocks for groups of up to 15 people. Minimum age 5 years. Participants must be fit and physically active as you will need to climb 154 steps to the top. Non-slip, closed toe shoes are required. No handbags or backpacks permitted. Cameras are allowed.
The event may be cancelled at short notice due to adverse weather. In this happens, we will email attendees to advise of the cancellation or you can keep an eye on our Facebook page.
