You are invited to our Wellness Discovery Day - a full day of restorative practices designed to nourish your whole being.
Attendees can enjoy a taste of all of our studio offerings, including yoga, pilates, qi gong, embodied movement, kirtan-harmonium chant, naturopathy and meditation - FREE!
This is your chance to slow down, reconnect and experience the depth and care our experienced teachers bring to every class. Whether you're new to these practices or returning, this day is crafted to support spiritual, mental and physical growth.

- Comfortable clothing

SCHEDULE:
9:30am - 10:20am - Yoga & Meditation (Teacher: Alicia)
A slow-paced practice with a focus on cultivating presence through strengthening movements, restful stretching, breath awareness and mindfulness. 20-30 minutes of movement followed by a 20 minute guided meditation.
10:30am - 10:50am - Qi Gong (Teacher: Christine)
A movement meditation practice infused with ancient Chinese wisdom designed to balance, align and clear.
11:00am - 11:20am - Embodied Movement and Dance (Teacher: Rebecca)
A blend of music, breath, movement, sound & dance that releases stress, clears the mind and brings you home to yourself.
11:20am-11:40am - ** MORNING TEA **
11:40am - 12:00pm - Naturopathic Talk: Calming the Nervous System - Pathways to Peace and Resilience (Practitioner: Amanda)
Join naturopath Amanda to lean valuable insights in how to regulate your nervous system and manage stress holistically.
12:10pm - 12:30pm - Chair Pilates and Body Balance (Teacher: Monique)
A sequence of mindful movement exercises that bring stability, strength and mobility to the entire body. Pilates can help enhance core strength, reduce joint strain, relieve chronic aches and pains, enhances energy and helps calm the mind.
12:40pm - 1:10pm - Hatha and Yin Yoga (Teacher: Shannon)
A blend of both strengthening and relaxing yogic practices, designed to invigorate and calm the nervous system.
1:20pm - 1:40pm - Kirtan Healing Harmonium Chant (Teacher: Melissa)
Chanting soothes the heart and stills the mind. This ancient practice helps to relieve stress and cultivate peace within.
