WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
Is it even possible to find a healthy balance between managing our work, relationships and our own needs? Or does one or more of these areas always need to suffer?
Many of us find ourselves asking these questions as, in an increasingly complex and fast-paced world, juggling the multitude of responsibilities we have across many domains of life becomes overwhelming.
Through this workshop, delivered over the course of two evenings, we will explore insights and tools to help you navigate these challenges more effectively while also prioritizing your holistic well-being. Join lecturer and counsellor Olivia Kearney, as we uncover practical strategies for cultivating resilience, fostering healthy relationships, and creating harmony between the demands of work, relationships, and self, to achieve a greater sense of balance in life:

PART B) Tuesday, 12th November 2024, 5:30pm to 8:30pm
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
• Registration each evening will begin at 5:00pm for a 5:30pm start;
• A light supper will be provided each evening;
• Concludes 8:30pm;
• Free onsite parking available (please note, entry to Orphanage carpark is accessible via Mitchell Street).
ABOUT TABOR ASCEND
This workshop forms part of the Tabor ASCEND program.
