Welcoming Winter w/ Intention Setting and Restorative Yoga at Ginninderry

Overview

Welcome the new season with journalling and meditation, before moving into a deeply restorative yoga experience.

Welcome the incoming Winter season with a special intention-setting and restorative yoga class at Ginninderry.

We'll start by connecting to the vibrant energy of this new season, through some journalling prompts to put our intentions on paper. Each participant will receive their own crystal specially chosen for this time. We'll also incorporate some light breathwork and a short meditation.

We'll then move in to a 90 minute deep restorative experience - dedicated time to really sink into rest. If you’re looking to completely switch off and immerse yourself in relaxation, this class is for you.

You can expect poses to be held for longer amounts of time, so that you can drop down into a state of deep calm and ease. This is a warm, quiet, restorative experience, involving the use of multiple props to help you feel nurtured and supported, and free to soften your body and your mind. There will also be the opportunity to opt-in to receive light hands-on relaxation assists if you wish.

Places are strictly limited to ensure availability of props for each participant. Please dress warmly including warm socks, bring a journal and pen, and eye pillow/bolster if you have them.
