This workshop will benefit volunteers who interact with cruise guests, covering a range of topics from:
- Insights into the skills that ensure cruise passengers have a memorable visit;
- Understanding cruise line expectations; and
- Providing interesting commentary and storytelling for passengers.
Workshop facilitator Clare Parslow has extensive experience in the cruise industry, most recently as Senior Manager, Abercrombie and Kent, overseeing cruise guest logistics at Fremantle Port and across other Western Australian port destinations.
