Welcome Wall Unveiling

You are invited to join us to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Welcome Wall including the unveiling of the 82nd bronze inscription panel. The Welcome Wall stands in honour of all those who have migrated from around the world to live in Australia.

Should you wish to continue celebrating with family and friends after the Welcome Wall unveiling ceremony, a special luncheon is being held in the Lighthouse Gallery. Enjoy three courses and views over Darling Harbour*.

Part of the cost associated with the luncheon will go towards supporting the Museum’s Migration Heritage Fund.

CEREMONY 11am - 12pm: Free
LUNCH 12pm - 2pm: $85 Adult | $35 Child

*Please note drinks are not included in the price. Tables are set for 10 guests so some table sharing may occur.

MENU

Meals are served with selection of breads with butter to the table

Entrée – Your choice of:

• Caramelized beetroot and goats curd tarte tatin, baby rocket, balsamic glaze (v)

• Crisp skin pork belly salad with pear, walnuts, soubise sauce or

• Buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto, fig and rocket salad

Main - Your choice of:

• Grilled barramundi, white bean puree, brown rice, tabbouleh, spice roasted chickpeas

• Filet of lamb, green olive paste, polenta, pan juices or

• Saffron risotto with broad beans, pink oyster and enoki mushrooms, miso butter

Dessert – Your choice of:

• Raspberry ganache tart with crushed honeycomb and mascarpone

• Crème brûlée, prunes in Armagnac and citrus

• Selection of Australian farmhouse cheeses, crackers and grapes

Sides - Additional $8.50

• Smashed chat potatoes with homemade aioli Mescalin salad with cherry tomatoes, Spanish onion & avocado

• Beverages not included and Tea & coffee not included in the above price

KIDS MENU - Choice of main plus dessert

• Free range chicken schnitzel with smashed chat potatoes or

• Beef burger on a soft bun, tomato sauce, sliced tomato, lettuce and chips
