The Weight Loss Goals Club™
A community for women who want to lose weight by working with the 5 Dimensions of MindBody Nutrition.
On the 2nd Saturday of each month you’re invited to join Eating Psychology Coach Suzanne Ingleton as she presents a new topic that will completely transform your relationship with food, your body and your mind to lose weight easily and sustainably.
Come along to all five sessions, or pick the topic that resonates with you and book your place today!
Numbers are strictly limited as we will be doing the work in small groups and making sure you get the support and guidance you need to achieve your goals.
Session #1 – The Mind Body Barometer
Discover how to reset your mindbody health in an inclusive and supportive community that will provide you with new and exciting ways to create positive change around your health and life.
Become empowered to live the life you want to live, and take the problem of ‘weight’ off the table for good!
In the February workshop you’ll discover how to use the MindBody Barometer to identify your current health status and develop a simple plan to shape shift your body in a way that’s fun, easy and for good!
Here’s what we’ll cover:
• A holistic approach to weight loss using The 5 Dimensions of MindBody Nutrition
• How to use The MindBody Barometer™ to measure your current state of health.
• Creating your personal blueprint so you can continue on a path of sustainable weight loss
BONUS: You’ll also learn about the power of food and hormones form guest speaker and clinical nutritionist Karina Pike from the Body Institute
