Come hang out with us for a relaxed hour of wellness chat on Wednesday from 9 to 10am at The Tea Club Garden Café, 46 Berry Street, Nowra. We’ll meet in the garden out back, with all the beautiful plants—just look for the group with pens and notepads ready to share and listen.
This is a relaxed peaceful space where we talk about all thing’s wellness—like morning gratitude, mirrorwork, morning sunbathing, daily walks, barefoot grounding, and writing down some self-love and forgiveness affirmations. We might also chat about fun stuff like gardening, forest bathing, balancing screen time, EFT tapping, and being aware of EMFs.
Please bring a notepad and pen if you like, and get ready to relax, share, and connect with others who are into feeling calm and grounded. The café has toilets, and since we’re outside, the event might get cancelled if the weather’s not great.
