WEDNESDAY WELLBEING - Meditation with 60 min Sound bath - Magill, SA

Join us in a deeply immersive meditation where you will bathe in the healing tones of Himalayan Singing Bowls with a guided meditation, sending you on a journey of deep relaxation, leaving you feeling balance and re-energized.

Allow yourself to fall into a deep relaxation as sound and vibrations resonate through the air and touch your body and soul. We have selected our bowls from the depths of Nepal to create a unique experience, instantly transporting you to another time and place, bringing forth memories, emotions and a change in state of mind and mood. Be prepared for a totally uplifting experience!

Our sessions are designed for all levels, no prior experience is necessary, experienced meditators will find a deeper meditation and transformative experience.

This small group, weekly class is held within a serene and healing environment, to help you build up a regular practice into your routine for stress relief, self care and replenishing your energy.

You are welcome to join us as a once off or regularly for our weekly classes for a progressive experience into your personal well-being.

Your host Joshika Akhil has trained under masters of sound healing and renowned yogis in India and Nepal. She is an intuitive healer with many years of experience as a meditation instructor, her gifts have taken her all over the world to teach, run retreats and workshops. She focuses on self-healing techniques through harnessing your chakras and will integrate this into the session.

Time: doors open at 6:15pm

Start time: 6:30PM sharp, no late comers will be accepted.

**BYO Yoga mat, light blanket, pillow and water bottle (you may prefer and extra pillow for under your knees).
