SAVE COSTS AND INCREASE MORALE – STRUCTURE YOUR GROWING BUSINESS WITH SELF-MANAGED COLLABORATIVE TEAMS

As SME businesses move away from an entrepreneurship stage into a growing organisation, they face real growing pains and need managerial skill enhancement and assistance in:

Growing the internal capability of the organisation. Increasing the number of managers can lead to future silos and empires (corporatisation)

Reducing the level of micromanaging so they free up time to work ON the business

Developing a high trust environment that gives people responsibility, accountability and authority

Creating collective leadership to grow the 2nd tier and 3rd tier leaders

There are now more Australian examples of self-managed teams delivering strong results, reducing costs in multimillion dollar projects, turning around businesses, improving morale / safety and developing people to their potential.
The Entrepreneurs Programme brings you a webinar on how to think differently, grow your “disrupting management” style SELF managed collaborative teams, save costs, improve morale, develop people and change culture.
