Weaving circles

Come together in nature with other weavers to connect and create! BYO materials.

Calling all basket weavers, crafters, and slow makers! This monthly Weaving Circle is a free opportunity to come together to connect and create. Please note this is not a structured workshop/class, and you need to bring your own project and supplies. Materials are not provided for you.You don't have to be an advanced weaver to join this circle -- we all learn from each other and share skills -- but you should know a basic technique. If you do not yet know how to weave and would like to learn, there are great local teachers, along with great online courses from Craft School Oz. The June Weaving Circle event is held at New Farm Park. Registrations let your host know how many people to expect, and help her communicate where to meet on the day. A pin location is sent via email in the week prior to the event. Our location shifts each month; if you have a suggestion please get in touch!
