In celebration of International Women's Day, Taungwurrung Cultural Educator and Artist Sammy Trist is hosting a weaved bracelet workshop.
Come and hear stories of country while learning an ancient craft where you will have the opportunity to create two weaved bracelets with raffia.
Sammy’s art is a living reflection of her deep connection to country. She brings Kulin stories and landscapes to life through her multidisciplinary practice.
All materials and instruction will be provided.
While you're there, enjoy our International Women's Day exhibition and enjoy Australian native infused teas by Jala Jala Treats.
Attendance is welcome for adults and children aged 15+.
