Join Blossom Lifestyle’s Tania Bateman in the heart of East Melbourne as she teaches you the art of candle making at Life's Too Short Bar. Tania will spill the ‘secret’ beans on all things fragrance blending, wax and wick sizes, candle care 101, and the techniques behind melting, mixing and pouring.
During the workshop, your hunger will be sated with a tapas dish of your choosing to enjoy, plus you get your first Cosmopolitan cocktail free, courtesy of the team at Life’s Too Short Bar (and we're told they're some of Melbourne's best).
Guests will hand-pour two wax candles to take home, along with wax melts (valued at over $65). All candles are made with natural pure soy wax, premium fragrances, and quality cotton wicks.

Frequently asked questions
The extensive tapas menu is gluten free and coeliac-safe. We also have vegetarian and vegan dishes available. Your Cosmopolitan cocktail can be swapped out for another cocktail of same or lesser value, or a non-alcoholic mocktail or beverage.
Our events are restricted to small groups to maximise the interaction in our small, intimate venue. Generally, no additional tickets can be provided than are listed.
Life's Too Short is located in the middle of the Tribeca Plaza near the IGA, at the intersection of Wellington St and 412 Victoria Parade, or enter from 166 Albert St (past Kellee Flowers).
By tram 12 or 109, stop 16 - Wellington St (2 minute walk). By train the closes stations are Jolimont (13 minute walk) or North Richmond (10 minute walk)
If you drive and/or have a designated driver, parking is available on the street or at Care Park at 162 Albert Street, East Melbourne. Free parking may be available at 3 Cambridge Street, Collingwood (the car park is between owners and not gated; please check the signs before parking)
If the a minimum of 8 tickets are not sold, the event may be rescheduled later or cancelled and tickets refunded. If you have booked a ticket and an event is amended we will contact you to make arrangements before the event.
