What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of the event, we regretfully inform you that refunds will not be available for the time being. Club Wave reserves the right to deny entry for reasons such as intoxication and dress code.

Can I bring minors to the event?

Due to the nature of the event, we regretfully inform you minors will not be allowed entrance at all.

Are photos of passports or other ID's be acceptable?

No, photos of passports or other ID's are not an acceptable form of identification. Please note, International photo ID's (ie. passport, drivers license, international license, citizen id) will only be accepted if and only when English is used to show birthday, and name.

I was denied entrance, why is that?

There are a number of reasons that the venue may LEAGALLY deny entrance ie. dress code, responsible service of alcohol (intoxication)

Is there a dress code?

Yes, due to the nature of the event, we reserve the right to deny dangerous footwear such as thongs and crocs. High heels are acceptable. Singlets and open shirts (more than half way) will also be denied entry. Remember, we dress to impress :)
