This course is suitable for people who want to start learning watercolor, what you will learn in this course that including basic watercolor knowledge such as how to use brushes, how to build the color layers, choose different watercolor papers, etc., and choose painting subject suitable for beginners.

watercolor is a medium that can be diversified in styles, ranging from realism to impressionism, abstraction, and looseness. Various styles can be realized. The key is to understand how to control the process of using water on the painting paper. Preparing before starting the watercolor class

  • Waterproof pen, 2B pencil, eraser.
  • A box of watercolor paints, according to your budget.
  • Two jam jars to hold water. One for cleaning the brush, and one for mixing colors. or use a sponge to clean your brush.
  • A round paint brush, size 0 6 12 & Chinese brush.
  • watercolor paper 180g or 300g.
  • Other painting materials will be notified in advance, according to the needs of the subject
  • You will need to have an open mind. and be able to trust yourself and just play.

(If you need, I can send you a list of what brand of painting materials as a reference, which I often use.)

When the studio is on vacation: When the course is suspended depends on the teacher's vacation time, but we will notify you in advance。so you can register and book at any time.

Student takes leave: If you are enrolled for a term course or one class, but you need to take time off during the course, the class hours will be reserved for you until you return to continue.
