<P>**The Coffee Science Lab Water Workshop is returning during MICE week! Places are limited to a small group of 10. **</P>
<P>This comprehensive 4-hour workshop will run on Wednesday 6th February, 1-5pm at Bureaux Collective (14 Duke St, Abbotsford). </P>
<DIV>
<P>During this workshop, we will:</P>
<P>1.     Explore how water dissolves coffee solids during extraction on a molecular level.</P>
<P>2.     Discover how minerals in water affect coffee taste.</P>
<P>3.     Understand and use the right minerals to create your brew water.</P>
<P>4.     Design your own recipe by calculating the correct amounts of each ingredient.</P>
<P>5.     Take home stock solutions you make on the day, so that you can experiment more later.</P>

<DIV>This workshop is a blend of theory and practical activities for you to try, test and clarify. Each learner will also receive valuable resources and stock solutions for further practicing at home.</DIV>
