For the first time ever, Warbirds Over Scone is opening the gates for on-site stays so you can wake up to the sound of Merlins warming up!

We have teamed up with Australia’s leaders in outdoor stays to offer two seamless options: Rent-A-Tent for pre-pitched camping options and Camplify for RV/carvan rentals ready to collect or be dropped off on-site.

Caravan / RV / Motorhome Sites

Looking to pack up the caravan and head to the Upper Hunter for the airshow? We’ve got you covered. Bring your own RV or thanks to our partners at Camplify, you can rent a RV/caravan to collect or have delivered to you on-site!

RV sites are priced at $250 plus booking/merchant fees for a 3-night stay.

Sites MUST be pre-booked and you MUST have valid event tickets prior to arriving. They will be checked on arrival. Guests who do not have a ticket on arrival will not be able to enter the campgrounds.

Your tent will already be pitched and waiting for you in a prime location right near the event hub.

Standard tents measure 3x3m internally, plus an awning extends 1.5m off the front. Each tent comfortably fits up to 3 adults.
