Following the strong success of last year’s inaugural gathering, the Western Australian Women in Aviation Networking Group (WAWIA) is proud to formally launch as a dedicated industry initiative.

Join Western Australia’s aviation leaders for an inspiring evening of connection, insight and forward-thinking discussion on the future of women in aviation and aerospace leadership.

WAWIA has been established to strengthen connection, capability and leadership pathways across the aviation ecosystem. This special launch event brings together influential voices from across the sector and marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our aviation community.


🌍 The evening will feature exclusive global insights from the International Aviation Women’s Association (IAWA), including the launch of a new international study on women in aviation and aerospace leadership conducted jointly by Oliver Wyman and IAWA.
