Annually, in May, Federation Council celebrates all community volunteers by inviting them together to celebrate and connect with council and the wider volunteer community.

The celebration recognizing each volunteer for the vital role they play within the Federation Community and celebrates them with a lunch, some entertainment and a guest speaker.

This year Council’s Volunteer Recognition Luncheon is being hosted on Sunday May 22nd at the Waterfront Pavilion in Urana.

Canapes and Roast lunch included. Drinks at bar prices.

Live music by local musician, Marcus Osborne.

The 2022 guest speakers invited to the speak are Federation Councils Citizens of the Year from 2018 to 2022 - Peter Seeliger (2018), Liz Seeliger (2020), Vivian Spilva (2021), Lauren & Dean Holgate (2022), who will join us on the day.

Bus Schedule - we encourage all bus travelers to arrive at the pick up location around 10 to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled leaving time, to avoid missing the bus.

Corowa Bus - from Corowa Civic Centre at 10:30am on Sunday 22nd May

Howlong Bus - from the Howlong Community Centre at 10:30am on Sunday 22nd May

Mulwala Bus - from the Mulwala Library at 10:30am on Sunday 22nd May

Oaklands Bus - from out the front of Oaklands Vintage Machinery, across from the CWA Hall at 11:10am on Sunday 22nd May

All buses will depart Urana from 2:30pm with arrivals home between 3:00pm & 3:30pm.
