Release YOUR Voice & Embrace The Moment.

Join us for this exclusive 2 hour session where you will learn the key components of mindfulness meditation, whilst discovering how to free your natural voice. Learn the foundations of singing freely through voice work, meditation and movement. Refreshments provided. Please wear comfy attire and bring a cushion (blanket also optional).

Lisa Roberts-Scott is a highly accomplished professional voice coach and Queen Elizabeth II Music Scholar. She has developed this program based on her passion for singing, mindfulness meditation and creating calm and personal happiness in one's life. Lisa has performed both locally and internationally as a professional singer and we are excited to bring her unique program to Hobart Fitness Training!
