VMBSG Women's Network General Building Regulatory Workshop: safe place to ask legal questions

Please join the VMBSG Women’s Network for a legal workshop hosted by Russell Kennedy Lawyers.

The purpose of this session is to deliver a workshop which will address the following building regulatory topics in an approachable and inviting environment:

  • Part 8 Enforcement Overview;
  • Part 8 Forms;
  • The Effect of the Shout Rock Appeal;
  • Delegations and Authorisations;
  • Powers of Entry;
  • Service; and
  • Swimming Pools and Spas.

The workshop will be delivered by Elizabeth Flanagan, Senior Associate at Russell Kennedy Lawyers and a Committee member of the VMBSG Women’s Network and Daniel Silfo, Principal at Russell Kennedy Lawyers.

The event will take place at the offices of Russell Kennedy Lawyers at level 12, 469 Latrobe Street, Melbourne and will run from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm on Tuesday the 30th of April 2024, with networking and light refreshments prior to the event from 9:30 am.
