Vivid In The Harbour Cruise is open to all ages. Children must be accompanied by an parent/guardian at all times. All guests must have a ticket regardless of age.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend the event?

Tickets are final and non-refundable. We recommend considering this before purchasing your ticket. Due to high demand and limited boat capacity, we cannot transfer tickets to other timeslots.

The cruise will proceed as scheduled regardless of the weather conditions. We will ensure the safety and comfort of our guests onboard.

Yes, wheelchairs and prams are welcome on board. However, please note that due to the design of the vessel, access is limited to the main deck only, as stairs are required to reach the upper levels.
