The Origins of Vision Quest

A ceremony steeped in tradition designed for the purpose of calling in a new vision for your life or next life stage, often leading to deeper layers of self-discovery, inner mastery and profound clarity about the path ahead of you.

What happens during a Vision Quest?

Our Vision Quest program is a fully immersive 9-day nature-based experience. It consists of three main components; (i)preparation, (ii)the 4day/night vision quest ceremony itself, and (iii) integration.

Each component is meticulously designed to ensure you are fully prepared for your quest and receive comprehensive support during your return to everyday life.

The heart of the experience lies in the four days and nights you spend alone in a natural bushland area, fasting from all forms of food (unless medically necessary), as well as all forms of modern-day convenience, distraction and communication. In this environment, nature becomes your closest companion and through that place of stillness, you will have ample opportunity to seek what you have been called, through Vision Quest, to find.

Where are the lands you will be questing on?

The lands are situated in Central NSW (5.5hrs west of Sydney and 1.5west of Dubbo) on a secluded 2500-acre, privately held, bushland property.

Located at the intersection of three Indigenous language groups (to the north-west Wayilwan; to the north-East Gamilaraay and; to the south Wiradjuri country) amidst the stunning Warrumbungles National Park and Australia's only dark sky park, offering jaw dropping natural beauty by day and awe-inspiring stargazing opportunities by night.

You will be given full instructions on how to get there as part of your preparation / information pack.

Comprehensive Support/Information Package issued upon registration, including equipment lists, venue directions, and recommendations for personal and physical preparations.
BONUS Online Supported "Pre-Quest" Cleanse, an optional mental and physical preparation program conducted by Kat and the Wild Tribes team to ease into the fasting component of the Vision Quest. All cancellations made with more than 30 days notice are eligible for either:

a) a full credit toward another Wild Tribes program/event or workshop (not including 1on1 sessions) less an $80 administration fee payable upon each instance of re-booking.

b) a 70% cash refund of ticketed amount.
