2026 Wellbeing Series – Vision Board Workshop

As part of our 2026 Wellbeing Series, Cheltenham Community Centre will be hosting monthly wellbeing workshops throughout the year.

To start the new year with intention, January 2026 will feature a Vision Board Workshop, facilitated by Tanya from Creative Space Art Therapies.

This guided session offers a supportive and nurturing space to reflect, dream, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead. Tanya will gently lead participants through the creative process, helping you visualise your goals and aspirations in a mindful and empowering way.

What’s included:

  • A canvas for each participant
  • All art materials provided
  • A small, intimate group setting to encourage connection and reflection

No prior art experience is needed—just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore your vision for 2026.

Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.

Ages: 15+

Cost: $10.00 per person includes all materials
