Vision Board Workshop - 11 January 2026 at 11am.

Merkaba StudioCheltenham, VIC
Sunday, Jan 11, 2026 from 11 am to 2 pm AEDT
Overview

A gentle space to begin 2026 with clarity and intention. Join us for a workshop to create what you’re calling in for the year ahead.

Let’s imagine, visualise, and gently create our 2026 together.

I began creating vision boards during Covid - a grounding ritual that helped me hold hope through uncertainty. Each January I’d craft a little masterpiece, hang it on my bedroom wall, and look at it morning and night. I’ve always believed it was a way of planting a seed and quietly waiting for it to bloom. Over time, a close friend began joining me every January, and it became a yearly tradition of reflection, creativity, and intention-setting.
Now, I’d love to open this ritual to my friends, clients, and wider community.

Come on your own, with a friend, partner, or family member - teens are warmly welcome. This can also make a thoughtful, creative Christmas gift.

No materials are required; simply bring yourself. You’re welcome to bring a photo or any personal item you’d love to add to your vision board.

This peaceful, creative workshop unfolds within the beautiful space of Merkaba Studio - a gentle place to settle, dream, and tune into what you want to call in for the year ahead. We’ll begin in a circle with a few grounding prompts before moving into spacious time to craft, reflect, and create at your own pace.

Light refreshments and snacks are provided, with gentle, ambient music supporting a relaxed and intuitive process.

This wecloming space for all is held by Ashley Ogilvie of AO Therapy - a trauma-informed, neuroaffirming integrative psychotherapist, this workshop invites warmth, authenticity, and passion as you shape your vision for the year to come.

Please contact Ashley on 0426 757 107 if you wish to ask any questions.
