Join us for a creative and sustainable adventure in our Visible Mending with Embroidery Workshop! Learn the art of transforming worn and torn garments into unique, colourful masterpieces. This hands-on workshop will teach you various embroidery techniques to mend your clothing beautifully and sustainably.

Whether you're new to sewing or an experienced stitcher, you'll discover how to turn imperfections into stunning designs, making your clothes last longer and stand out with personal flair. Embrace the charm of visible mending and leave with skills that blend practicality and artistry.

Bring your favourite piece of clothing that needs some love, and let's stitch them back to life together! Everything else will be provided.

This workshop is the next step in your embroidery journey, so some stitching or embroidery experience is required.

Bookings are essential for this class. Tickets are $20 each. Light refreshments will be available.

About Em Vitetta: Em is an award-winning artist and teacher based in Sawyers Valley. She has a passion for art and nature and loves combining the two. Her main artistic medium is textiles and mixed media where she adds her personal touch with hand embroidery. She began embroidering a few years ago to maintain a connection with her seamstress mother who passed a few years before that. Em enjoys sharing this mindful art form with others.
