Join our 15-minute virtual session to learn what support is available to help your PALM scheme workers claim their superannuation with ease.

Free DASP support:

Helping PALM workers prepare to return home can be challenging, especially when it comes to superannuation and the Departing Australia Superannuation Payment (DASP) process. We are here to make it easier for you.

Through the National Tax Clinic program, Approved Employers can access FREE support for workers. These clinics help workers:

• Understand the DASP claim process and their superannuation.
• Start their online DASP claim before leaving Australia, reducing stress and making it easier to lodge once they return home.

Virtual drop-in session:

To help you get the most out of this initiative, we are hosting short 15-minute virtual information drop‑in sessions for Approved Employers. In these sessions, you will:

• Learn what the DASP support clinics offer and how they work.
• Find out how to arrange in‑person or virtual support for your workers.
• Ask quick questions and get pointed to the right next steps and contacts.

Who should attend the virtual session:

Any of the following employer representatives can attend:

• PALM coordinators
• Site managers
• Welfare officers
• Anyone involved in supporting PALM workers at your organisation.

How it works:

Sessions run every Monday and Wednesday at 10:00 AM (AEDT) from Monday 9 February to Wednesday 4 March 2026.

• Pick a 15-minute slot on a Monday or Wednesday during this period.
• Receive a calendar invite with a Microsoft Teams meeting link upon registration.
• Bring your questions. We will explain the tax clinic DASP support and give you clear steps to host a support session for your workers.

Outcome:

You will understand how the tax clinic DASP support will help your workers and your team before they leave Australia. You will leave with a simple plan on how to arrange in-person or virtual support for your workers with the National Tax Clinic for support.
