About this event

A total body workout increases mobility, stretches the body and builds strength and condition. This class incorporates the uses body weight for a fun and functional workout, working all major muscle groups. This class will leave you feeling challenged, motivated and hungry for more!

This class is suitable for all fitness levels. All you need is a spot on the floor!

In preparation for your Virtual Wellbeing Session:

  • Set up a comfortable space, without distraction, that will support you in being present throughout the session.
  • To make yourself as comfortable as possible, we recommend a cushion and blanket.
  • Make sure your device (smartphone/tablet/laptop or computer) is connected to a strong internet or mobile service.
  • Turn your mobile phone on silent.
