What to bring:

- Blanket or cosy warm clothing

- Yoga Mat and/or pillows, cushions (whatever you need to be the most comfortable)

- Water bottle

*Please arrive at 6:45pm as we will be starting at 7pm Sharp, Doors will be getting locked at 7:05pm.

As the event is Gold Coast based all time will be in AEST

There is underground free parking beneath the building

When you arrive you will be welcome in the waiting area inside or met at the door and welcomed into the space.
