We welcome you back into our warm embrace for a very special birthday edition of Velvet Damnation. With both previous events selling out, this SWer created & operated kink event hopes to draw you into temptation yet again for an even bigger celebration as this particular event falls on the same date as creator Dain Carter's birthday.

This event is most easily described as halfway between a munch and a play party. Whilst play is not permitted by the patrons of this event, we welcome you to bask in the intimate energy of our wonderful performers as they showcase what kink, fetish & Velvet Damnation itself means to them.

For the Shiny Beings:

A latex shining station will be set up within the venue. If you're lucky enough, Dain might just be the one to shine you if you ask nicely enough.

Dress Code:

Kink & Fetish or Black Tie Formal (think erotic. Leather, latex, neoprene, lace, pvc, drag etc.) Nudity from patrons is not permitted. We request that you arrive vanilla to the door as to not violate the venue neighbour's consent. A space will be available to get changed & to store belongings.

Our dress code is mandatory - we reserve the right to refuse entry to those who do not respect our dress code. NO EFFORT? NO ENTRY.

A professional photographer will be hired to help immortalise the night. Photography of other patrons & staff without their explicit consent is NOT PERMITTED. If you do not wish to be photographed by our photographer, please kindly make them aware on the night. No professional images will be released of any patrons or performers without explicit consent (further details will be provided via email post event).

ABOUT THE CREATOR:

Dain Carter (they/them) is a local queer & disabled full service SWer who wanted to create a safe event to showcase just how multifauceted the kink & fetish community is that prioritises hiring fellow SWers. The creation of Velvet Damnation came from a desire to create a space for the SW & kink and fetish community to come together and thrive.

Velvet Damnation acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung & Bunurong people as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present & emerging. We extend our respect to all Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people. We acknowledge our privilege in being able to operate here and stand in solidarity as an ally.
