Vedic Meditation Course

Vedic Meditation (VM) originates from the ancient Indian Vedas, passed down from teacher to student to maintain the integrity of this powerful technique. It has been scientifically proven and tested through millennia to be one of the most efficient methods to reduce stress, achieve a calm centred mind, create clarity, build resilience and improve health on many levels.
The course is run over four hours on both Saturday and Sunday.
There are four sessions:
- Session One - Introduction and brief history of VM. How and why it is different from other meditation techniques. You will receive your personal mantra and learn how to meditate and harness this amazing technique. Group meditation.
- In Session Two - we delve into the science and proven benefits. We also best practice guidelines and how they help you achieve maximum benefits from your practice. Mantra check and refinment of the meditation practice.
- Session Three - we discover how stress gets stored in the body and why this happens. We also explore the mind and body connection and why Vedic Meditation is so powerful in releasing stored stress. Further refinement of the meditation practice.
- Session Four - is all about integrating the technique into daily life and practical guidance for ongoing and increasing benefits. We explore life as a long term meditator including ancient Vedic wisdoms, the seven states of consciousness and epochs of time. Group meditation.
After the course and following the recommended guidelines, you will be able to meditate confidently, feel the benefits immediately and participate in weekly online group meditations and support.
