Valentine's sweet treats workshop!

Learn how to ice fondant cookies and pipe buttercream in this super sweet event!

You will walk away with two boxes of treats you have decorated yourself and a whole bundle of knowledge about creating different designs, with the confidence to try again at home! Plus two hours of sweet fun trying a bunch of new decorating techniques. We turn novice bakers or thos elooking for a fun morning into accomplished decorators in two hours!

Learning outcomes:

- how to colour, roll and stick fondant to sugar cookies

- learn how to fill a piping bag easily, with no mess

- hands on experience to pipe basic rosettes, stars and more with a variety of nozzles.

What's included:

- six pre-baked cookies in a carry box

- six pre-baked cupcakes in a carry box

- a take home recipe booklet for both cookies and cupcakes

- ongoing support for your baking endeavours through an exclusive Facebook group.

Children aged 12+ can take part in this class, if accompanied by a full-paying adult, both require tickets. Hosted by Baking Club.

The venue is the Baking Club van parked on private property. The address will be provided prior to class. Please note the van is not accessible and has steps. There are no public toilet facilities available.
