V-Day Self Gratitude: Sunset Beach Yoga - West Beach

Come and enjoy the sunset down by the beach and a gooey vinyasa flow.

Watch the sunset, move your beautiful body and slow dooowwn.

This is the most amazing way to end your day, switch off and just enjoy connection with yourself a breath.
This class is a limited edition which will involved Raw Treats and affirmation cards to honour a belated Valentines Day.

What:
- 1 Hour vinyasa flow - A flowy vinyasa that connects your body, mind and breath. This class is beginner friendly.

Where: Meet at West Beach Surf Club from 7:15 pm

We are utilising a beautiful grass patch to the right of the surf club that overlooks the ocean.

Time: 7:15 pm arrival for a 7:30 pm start - 8:30pm (ish)

Bring: Yoga Mat & Water Bottle
