The General Sir John Monash Foundation provides postgraduate scholarships for outstanding Australians to further their studies anywhere in the world. Unlike other scholarship awards, the John Monash Scholarship is not limited by age, location, field of study, or institution.
The Scholarship’s purpose is to foster Australian leadership, expertise and international networks for the long-term benefit of the country. The John Monash Scholarship is emblematic of our country's academic talent, diversity and leadership excellence.
Successful Scholarship applicants demonstrate excellence in their field, leadership aptitude, and are motivated to contribute to a better future for Australia.
Applications for 2025 open May 1 and close July 1, 2024.
