About this event
This is a practical skills-development session for people interested in using social media to push for strong and urgent climate action.
Cam Wheatley, Communications Coordinator at Environment Victoria will share his top tips to help you get your message right (what to say and how to say it!) and show you how to use social media platforms and other digital opportunities to increase people's awareness of the climate emergency and motivate them to take strong action.
All welcome to participate. Please note that registered participants will be sent a link to the session and pre-session survey in the week prior to the event.
This event is part of a climate and sustainability action series presented in partnership with the Cities of Stonnington, Port Phillip and Glen Eira. For more information about this series visit www.yarracity.vic.gov.au/climateaction
