UQ Wellness Presents: UQ 21 Day Wellness Challenge June 2019

The program will help you to:

Wellbeing is more than just a two week holiday in the sun. Wellbeing comes from connecting with loved ones, learning something new, unplugging from technology, being mindful and looking after your mind and body with healthy choices. Wellbeing comes from healthy habits implemented in your everyday routine that will ‘fill up your cup’.

Join us in the challenge and commit to 21 days of activities designed to promote healthy habits and boost your wellbeing.

How it works

The UQ 21 Day Wellness Challenge runs from Monday 3 June to Sunday 23 June 2019. You can run this challenge individually or create a Wellness team in your work area to inspire and motivate others.

All you need to do is register via the link. Towards the end of May you will receive your copy of the UQ 21 Day Wellness challenge program via email.

The program contains 21 activities designed to promote positive wellbeing. You can complete the challenges in any order, depending on what will work best for you. The idea is to complete ALL 21 activities during the challenge period.

You will receive periodic updates and wellness tips from UQ Wellness throughout the challenge. We also want to hear from you about how you are going.

For Teams

Teams can be as big or small as you like. First nominate a team captain or "Principal Motivator" and decide on a team name. Once the challenge is released, get together and decide if there are any acitivites you would like to complete as a group. Decide as a team how you want to keep track of your progress and keep each other motivated and let us know at UQ Wellness how you go!
