The Y NSW is pleased to offer a FREE online fitness session for Camden&#x27;s young people aged 15-25.This session will be whole lot of fun, designed to get your heart rate up, and enjoy an energising fitness session. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome. We will be exploring aspects of physical and mental health through the lens of vitality. This session will provide you with a taster of our FREE 6 week Uplift program commencing in November!This event is run in partnership with Camden Council as part of Youth Week 2020 for Mental Health Month.
