We’re finally bringing our Ice Bath & Breathwork Mixer to the Northern Beaches, and we couldn’t be more excited! ✨

Join us at Collaroy for a morning that’s all about connection with yourself and with others.

We’ll start with a guided breathwork session to help you feel grounded and present. Then comes the ice bath experience (totally optional!) and a chance for a quick dip in the ocean if you’re feeling brave. After, we’ll head to The Collaroy for coffee, your Unwritten match and the chance to make beautiful connections with like-minded singles.

Whether you jump in the ice bath or just soak in the morning energy, it’s going to be a special way to start your day.
