Exporting to international markets is often more complex than selling locally or even regionally. You must comply with international trade regulations, meet international product standards, and manage your exports effectively through careful planning.

If you are looking to export or have just started engaging in international trade, this program will give you the confidence and know-how to navigate your cross-border trade.

Ai Group Export Readiness Program aims to prepare businesses for successful international expansion. Participants will gain practical knowledge and skills to engage in international trade.

How will you learn?

The Export Readiness Program will be held as training workshops and will include a mix of interactive discussions and provided learning materials. As an interactive training course, these workshops will not be recorded, and you will have to commit to attending to learn.

These FREE workshops will be held in-person at your local Ai Group Office or ONLINE for a duration of up to 3 hours. Upon completion of the workshop, you can engage Ai Group Specialists to develop and progress your export strategy or discuss your next steps on a fee for service basis.

  • Incoterms and their implications
  • Dealing with export documentation

6. International Marketing and Promotion:

  • The importance of an export marketing strategy.
  • Utilizing digital marketing, social media, and trade shows.

  • Identifying and managing export risks
  • Strategies for minimizing risks.
