About this event

This event will be an interactive workshop designed to help researchers identify their skills and areas for improvement. Through the Vitae Researcher Development Framework (RDF), participants will learn how to evaluate their research skills and map their proficiency levels.

The workshop is suitable for early-career researchers and will cover topics such as knowledge and intellectual abilities, personal effectiveness, and assist you in contextualising your goals within your larger career progression. With a focus on practical exercises and discussion, participants will leave with a clear understanding of their current research skills and a plan for how to develop them further.

Being able to "Unlock Your Full Potential as a Researcher" will be beneficial to any researcher looking to enhance their proficiency and achieve their career goals. This engaging and informative workshop will be coordinated by:
