Practical ways research-intensive organisations can drive engagement, better decisions, and real-world impact

Unlocking Agri Research Value at Scale

Practical ways research-intensive organisations can drive engagement, better decisions, and real-world impact

Research organisations invest heavily in generating high-quality knowledge, yet much of its value is often lost between publication and real-world use.

This sideline workshop to EvokeAG2026 brings research and innovation leaders together to share practical insights from over 18 months working with agricultural research organisations, and to explore how existing research can be unlocked and reused to drive engagement, better decisions, and measurable outcomes at scale.

The session will include:

  • Peer discussion with RDCs and other research-intensive organisations facing similar challenges
  • Insights and lessons learned from real deployments across the ag sector
  • Live demonstrations showing how agricultural research can be leveraged for extension, gap analysis, and decision support
  • A real-world case study from an organisation already using this approach in production
  • A clear view of what it takes to move from interest or pilots to a production-ready AI solution

This is not a theory or “AI strategy” session. It’s focused on what works in practice, what we’ve learned along the way, and how organisations can realistically take the next step to deliver more value from the research they already have.

Light refreshments will be provided, with time for informal networking before and after the session.
