Learn who's vulnerable to economic harm, warning signs & how your client can foster healthier financial relationships.

Our 2 hour workshop is designed to offer comprehensive & relevant training for people in a client facing role with the practice tools to best support clients to take control over how they use their money.

Do you have superpowers in casework, housing, mental health, disability support or customer service etc but lack the confidence to have an informed financial conversation with your clients? Then this training is for you.

Understanding Economic Harm will empower you with the information, tips and tricks to better respond to clients experiencing economic harm.

This session will guide you through:

  • Defining economic harm.
  • Who is at risk.
  • Warning signs to look out for.
  • Working towards healthier financial relationships.

When: Friday 6th March 2026, 9.30am to 11.30am.

This session will be delivered by Zoom.
