Free Public Forum - Understanding Anxiety Disorders
Anxiety Disorders and are a serious mental health issue. They are the most commonly experienced mental illness affecting 14% of the population.
WayAhead in conjunction with Partners in Recovery Central Coast are pleased to present the latest information on Anxiety Disorders including Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Agoraphobia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
The presentation will feature experts in the field, those who have or are experiencing anxiety, and their carers. This presentation will suit people with an Anxiety Disorder, their carers and health professionals
Information on service providers in the Central Coast will also be available.
Attendees are asked to arrive from 8:30 am for a prompt start at 9:30 am.
Morning tea and a free lunch will be provided.
Tea and coffee will be available from 8:30 am.
RSVP for catering purposes is essential.
