This 9D Breathwork journey is an invitation to break the cycle.

This is deep work. Intentional work. Sacred work.

Through a powerful 67-minute guided Breathwork experience, you will move through conscious circular breathing, immersive 9D soundscapes, and intentional activation designed to help you:

• Release inherited emotional patterns

• Clear stored generational imprints

• Access deeper layers of your subconscious

• Reclaim your voice, power, and sovereignty

This experience is held with safety, trauma-awareness, and deep respect for your nervous system.

🌿 Integration & Tea Ceremony

After the activation phase, we transition into grounding and integration — the most important part of transformation.

You will be gently guided back into your body, allowing your system to recalibrate and anchor what shifted.

We then close with a sacred Tea Ceremony.

This is a moment of stillness, reflection, and community. A ritual to honour your ancestors, your courage, and the new path you are choosing. The warmth of the tea helps the body settle, the heart soften, and the experience integrate naturally.
