Through guided discussion and reflection, participants will explore the importance of strengthening social coherence and connection.
Connection, respect, and safety sit at the heart of strong communities, creating networks of support, shared purpose and belonging. This workshop invites participants to reflect on how meaningful connections offer empowerment, helps us embrace diversity and supports mental and emotional wellbeing.
Through guided discussion and reflection, participants will explore the importance of strengthening social coherence and trust, and ways to build new connections, and open the door to finding belonging. Participants will leave with practical strategies, renewed confidence, and insight into building a healthier, more connected community.
