This workshop will support staff in developing an appreciation and respect for Indigenous culture, and provide insight into how culture shapes our values, attitudes and behaviours. Participation in this workshop also reflects our commitment to reconciliation and acknowledgement of the Ngunnawal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which Bruce campus is situated.

Training facilitator

Paul Dodd is the CEO, Director and Principal Consultant of Corporate Culcha, who identifies as a Bundjalung man, with traditional kinship ties to Wirri and Birriah first Nations. He is part owner of a number of other successful Supply Nation certified businesses including Geared Up Culcha and Yaru Water.

Training audience

This workshop is mandatory for both academic and professional staff at University of Canberra.
