Turning sleep into wellbeing

By Yarra Libraries

Overview

Join us for a community wellbeing session designed to support reflection, connection, and personal growth.

Are you waking up full of energy and refreshed? If not, then join this workshop for an opportunity to explore the science of sleep and its impact on your conscious and subconscious mind, uncover the secrets of the natural ‘body rhythm’, and discover how sleep allows for the healing of heart, mind, body and spirit.

Be part of a discussion to uncover new strategies to improve your own sleep routine and turn sleep into mental health. Participants will leave with a personal Sleep Diary to help boost quality sleep.

Our presenter Annette Subhani from New Pathways Coaching & Education will facilitate this motivating workshop to ensure each participant leaves with real strategies to find a sense of holistic wellbeing.

Bookings essential.
