ACT Health is running a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Turner Scout Hall, 11 Masson Street, Turner.

The pop-up clinic will be open on Wednesday 27 October, from 9am to 4pm (last walk-ins at 3:30pm).

This clinic will provide Pfizer vaccines only for people aged 12 years and over.

Who can come along?

People aged 12 years and over can attend this pop-up clinic for a Pfizer vaccine.

COVID-19 vaccines are free.

You don’t need to be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or have a Medicare card to get one. The clinic can also give you information about how to get your vaccination certificate.

Young people (between 12-15 years of age) should have a parent or guardian present for their vaccination.

We are accepting walk-ins for people aged 12+, but would be grateful if you can register for a spot so you don’t miss out!

How many doses do I need?

You will need 2 doses of the vaccine to be protected against COVID-19.

If you’ve had a first dose of AstraZeneca or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, you’ll need to get the same vaccine for your second dose.

You won’t be able to get vaccinated at this pop-up clinic.

Can I come here for my second dose?

Whether you’re needing your first or second Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination, you can come to this pop-up clinic.

If this is your second dose appointment, bring along evidence of your first Pfizer dose to show the nurses.

Make sure you wait at least 3 weeks (21 days) between your first and second Pfizer dose.

You need to be aged 12 years and over to receive a Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.

Please note this clinic is not offering third doses for immunocompromised people. If you are eligible for a third dose, book your vaccination appointment with your GP, pharmacist or through another ACT Government clinic by phoning 02 5124 7700.
