TTNQ 2021 Annual General Meeting

The 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Far North Queensland Promotion Bureau Ltd t/a Tourism Tropical North Queensland, ACN: 009 953 084; will be held in person at The Benson.

Voting will take place at the AGM and also by electronic proxy voting prior to the AGM as part of the AGM agenda.

AGM FORMAT

9.40am: Registation desk open - collection of voting forms (for eligible members)

10am - 11am: AGM

BOARD DIRECTOR ELECTIONS

• General Directors (1 position available - 2 nominations received)
• Tropical Tablelands & Remote Zone Director (1 position available - 1 nomination received)

NOTE: No nominations were received for the Southern Zone Director position. As per the TTNQ Constitution (Clause 41.2) where no nomination is received for a Zone Director position, it will remain vacant for the term of that position.

MEMBERSHIP AND VOTING

Financial members of TTNQ have voting rights at the AGM that are linked to their membership level being; Partner of Tourism, Partner of Business Events and Champion of Tourism.
