As the truffle season launches, uncover the mystery and romance of truffles with Adam Wilson of Great Southern Truffles and executive chef Brad Wilson.
This is a rare opportunity to learn all things truffle from the experts! From hunting them to cooking with them, this masterclass will take you on a truffle filled journey! 
You will enjoy a 30 minute truffle masterclass followed by a selection of four different canapes created by Wilson to showcase the incredible flavour and diversity of truffle. Each canape will be matched with hand selected wine to complement.  
Saturday 21st July from 3pm, tickets are sure to sell out fast so book now to secure your space!
